On a sidenote: I have an extreme fetish for "NYC Destruction Porn"...and what is this I see in New York Mag today? Ahhhhhh, ARMAGEDDON. Still one of my favorites. I went to see it a second time JUST for the opening meteorite sequence.
But I suspect CLOVERFIELD will end up in my current Top Three. (HEROES season 1 wasn't too bad, just a bit too brief.)

Date: 2007-12-21 03:02 pm (UTC)I like how this is coming off as a horror movie and not a scifi/fantasy movie. It's hard to make 'creature' movies actually scary but the little bit I've seen makes this seem possible. Cool beans!
