From a Pop Candy reader, when asked what their favorite Oscar-nominee scene was this year (Spoiler ahead!):
"That lovely seen from Once, where the Guy borrows his father's vintage Triumph motorcycle and convinces the Girl to play hooky with him for the afternoon. They ride out to the sea and she reveals that she's married, but her estranged husband is back home. The Guy asks her if she loves her husband, and she responds (in Czech), 'No, I love you.'"
(I don't understand Czech, so I didn't know that. *swoon*)
