Don't forget that the SERENITY Collectors Edition DVD goes on sale this week.  Here's something Joss Whedon recently said about that:

Rope Of Silicon:   So give me hope for a Serenity II...

Joss Whedon: Hope for it probably rests with this DVD.

RoS:  Well I'll buy one.

JW: Actually I will too, people ask me why I would buy my own DVD and I tell them do you have any idea how awesome it is to buy your own movie?

RoS:  So then you're saying we've got a chance?

JW: Well it's probably not being discussed in boardrooms right now, but the fact of the matter is if it makes enough money sooner or later they say "hey, this is money!"

Hey, you are the Joss-go-to-girl but did you know that James Marsters will be guesting (and potentially recurring) as the head of a human-trafficking task force on Without A Trace? :D

That's pretty great that he is going to buy his own movie, can you imagine the kid at BestBuy that will rings him up!? Awesome! ;)

Did you ever read Joss' guest editorial in TV Guide? If not I'll have to find it for you because it was one of the funniest things I've ever read!

I did indeed read that Marsters news...good for him. He apparently turned 45 this week. And recently I was happy to see him turn up for a one-ep appearance on SAVING GRACE.

I have never read Joss' guest editorial! If you can find it, lay it on me!

I just mainlined all of FIREFLY and rewatched SERENITY on cable after getting my new-found enlightenment - so this week I'm on a JossIsLove jag. Some time soon I'll have to expound further on how much I loved the show. (Of course.)

Indeed, me too. I've only watched it on cable, and never all the way through. Now that I've watched all of FIREFLY, it's all bigger and shinier than ever of course.

And it looks like this new edition has a huge helping of extras.
