Most of the YouTube links to this very cool new J.J. Abrams project (written by glorious Lost/Alias/Buffy/Angel writer Drew Goddard) are pulled down by the studio now...but I found one last one up today.  Thanks you enterprising gamers! LOL.

A very cool idea, if this film is indeed shot entirely from the perspective of the hapless humans on the ground, running from a giant deadly  creature wreaking havoc with a huge city.  This teaser reminds me of my favorite scene in Speilberg's WAR OF THE WORLDS, the one where you get your first glimpse of the alien machines - and the camera follows Tom Cruise as he runs like hell and tries not to get blasted into white powder.  An incredible sequence.

I saw a trailer for this before Transformers, and it looked cool. Although, really, JJ + Drew Goddard = I will definitely see it, regardless.

I hope you don't mind me hijacking this thread to let you know that I've friended you, and that you're welcome to friend me back if you wish. I'm a BSG fan of massive degree and you seem to have quite a bit of BSG goodies floating around. Not to mention all of the wonderful Jossverse lovelies I've seen whilst skimming.
