Sin City makes me hungry.
Jun. 15th, 2007 04:14 pmThe entire new Spoon album is online. Enjoy. Cool jukebox interface.
This is bizarre, and brilliant...the mind boggles with other cross-network switcharoo ideas. Heroes and Grey's Anatomy. BSG and Ugly Betty. The Daily Show and Desperate Housewives. Friday Night Lights and ... well, you get the idea. Feel free to leave your suggestions below. *g*
Mmmmm, breakfast tacos. Yummy. Who knew Robert Rodriguez made his own tortillas? Niiiiiice.
My shiny new La Femme Nikita icon is in honor of my jumping in full throttle to watching this show on DVD, per the recommendation of many of my BSG fandom pals. The show is intense, cool, brutal, sexy, and an emotional roller coaster ride. I'm loving it! Don't spoil me, I'm only up to the 2nd disc of Season 2...

Date: 2007-06-17 01:11 pm (UTC)Yeah the music is great, loving it. I heard some Morphine stuck in a few eps in S1, and was thrilled. I hear there was at least one soundtrack CD released for this show, true?
Anyhow, I will never look at Alias with quite the same respect again after this.

Date: 2007-06-17 01:25 pm (UTC)As far as I know there was released one, unfortunately I've never managed to buy or order it. It's incredible how many great songs I've heard on this show first, before I even knew certain bands :) And it really has inspired shows like Alias, indeed.

Date: 2007-06-18 02:23 pm (UTC)That is exactly why I could never get *into* Alias in the first place. I was a diehard LFN fan since the beginning. There's been so much discussion on Skiffy about it I have just this weekend received Disk 1 via Netflix so I can get reacquainted with it. Love the tote btw!

Date: 2007-06-18 09:00 pm (UTC)Ya know, after BtVS ended I was jonesing for a new show with KICK ASS GRRLS and such. Someone suggested Alias and I dived right in...it filled that vacuum. But believe me, if I had seen Nikita first, Alias would really have seemed super lame (except for Sydney's parents, who I still think are the coolest spy couple evah). *g*
